Melvin F. "Trey" Hunt III

Melvin F. “Trey” Hunt III, CPA, has more than 17 years of experience in public accounting, including former Big Four experience. He offers significant experience in international coordination, hedge accounting, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation rules and SEC filings. He serves both private and publicly held business enterprises, primarily in the energy and manufacturing industries.

An active member of the Petroleum Accounting Society of Houston, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Trey remains on the forefront of industry and regulation changes. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Sam Houston State University.
